(Seems to me like age and location hardly matters. I suppose it shouldn't be off limits to tread new ground - because that's sort of the idea of this whole thing - but it seems almost wrong for the main Rider NOT to be a young adult from somewhere in Japan.)

I thought maybe this rider could be from America or Japan. I'd prefer to start off with the name, age, etc. first.

Alright, I suppose the smaller details like that can come first, but I really strongly believe that before we formulate a bonafide backstory, the villains should be decided next. I think both aspects will be more solid from a storytelling point of view if we go about it that way.

Let's just come up with the name and other small details then we'll do villains. After villains we'll write the full bio.

The last name is Kaseki for sure. I was thinking we give him an American name. Let's make him American-Japanese.
