Ugh, that ending which got rid of Donna in a most disappointing way.

I did notice some interesting stuff rewatching seasons one and two recently though. Aside from Adam (who was a dick anyway) Eccleston was quite keen to pick up additional companions - he asked Mickey (who declined), Lynda with a Y. Meanwhile when Tennant came along in season 2 him and Rose were holding hands and acting coupley in almost every episode and the Doctor was suddenly more protective about who could join in. When Mickey asked could he come he was a bit abrasive about it even though he said yes. I despise the Doctor/Rose couple aspect, but I feel better just passing the romance off as a byproduct of 10's personality rather than something that was true to all incarnations. |

Agreed!

Don't tell my sister that though, she's such a gigantic River fan that she'll rage on me. :lol

Witch order of doctor who episode would you watch if you just want to watch river story

If it's the latter, the season 5 ones are probably my favourites. Because the Weeping Angel one isn't TOO heavy on the River stuff and Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang are just good episodes in general. |

The official Doctor Who Twitter feed posted this a few hours ago:
"The Bringer of Darkness, the Oncoming Storm, the Doctor, the Warrior - A Time Lord!" With this pic: http://www.shuangxi-in-spring.com/Images/sisterhood.jpg So, the Sisterhood of Karn making a reappearance in The Night of the Doctor minisode, perhaps, then? :D |

I wonder if this is true, it would be sad, surely.
Doctor Who’s Colin Baker: Peter Capaldi is a grown up, not like these 12-year-olds we’ve had lately Or maybe it's just Colin Baker's usual cheeky banter that was misinterpreted? |
I don't know if he's as bitter about it as that interview makes out, but judging by the bits and pieces they've all said unless they're keeping some massive secret I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

He's not really in a position to criticise Tennant's age unless he wants to lump Davison in with that though, given that he was younger when cast.

Nah, let the fangirls have their fun, what's wrong with that? We have our fun too. :)

Looks like blind bags are a thing of the past, and all Character Building figurines will come in plastic cases now.
http://i.imgur.com/nj5By1u.png Character Building Doctor Who Display Brix I'm conflicted. On one hand these will be MUCH better for displays (to the point where I hope they release empty ones for my 30 odd other ones) but on the other this makes them near impossible to identify without buying. "The Night of the Doctor" is up on BBC iPlayer. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...Of_The_Doctor/ (And for the US guys) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-U3jrS-uhuo PAUL MCGANN!!! |

I can't even process this. I think my brain blew up. |

Wow, damn it Paul McGann, you've been holding out on us! :D
