Unlike other battles, I'm not going to enter this debate.

I believe OOO would win because all of Kuuga's possible counters has a weakness to the form OOO can use. Pegasus has a sensory enhancement, if I recall, so LaToraTah's flash of light to Kuuga would be like him trying to win a staring contest against a legion of flashbangs. Dragon would be fighting against a literal army against GataKiriBah. And SaGoZoh has gravity control to stop Titan.

im gonna go with ooo just cause he can use all his forms at once where as kuuga cant.

I'm going to have to go with Kuuga. Just going with Rising Mighty, the blast radius from the Rider Kick is 3000 meters (according to wikipedia). That's the RADIUS, so unless my math is bad, that's a four mile diameter crater in which all of the GataKiriBa clones you want are dead, and I don't think Eiji is going to survive it either.

And that's just Rising Mighty. Every attack by Ultimate Form causes the target to bleed, regardless of armor, so Eiji will eventually bleed out. Kuuga wins.

ok to all of u who say that kuuga can win because of that city block thing, gatakiriba can multiply and populate the entire earth inch to inch, that's a lot of blocks

And Ultimate Kuuga's rider kick is even stronger than Rising Mighty's, if you're gonna go and base victory on a scenario that never happened.

OOO will win becuse at the end of the day this is just a popularity contest. The real winner is Kuuga because his kick can take out 100 OOOses at once.
