Wonder if Samas can return in the crossover with Gotchard & Geats? She hasn’t done much lately.

She?s dead. She can?t get payback on anyone. And if any villain was going to be revived, it?d probably be someone who was more of an active threat, like Beroba or Suel.

They all faded away with the blueish light which kinda of means they can be brought back thru funky means. If it was the red light, oh they DEAD.

I’m not saying Toei can’t revive her. I’m saying there’s no point as her death was fitting and she was never a central antagonist anyway. Why revive Samas instead of Zitt or Beroba, both of whom did more as villains?
