Kamen Rider Baron's Caramel Marshmellow Banana Tart
<ingredients> 1 18cm tart pastry(commercially available already made) 3 bananas 15 grams of lemon juice 50 grams of marshmallows 30 grams of assorted nuts: almonds, walnuts, cashews, macadamia nuts 25 grams of corn flakes(sugar type) 15 grams of melted butter 15 grams of caster sugar <topping> 100 grams of fresh cream 10 grams of caster sugar adequate amount of powdered sugar adequate amount of mint <making the tart> 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 2. Cut the bananas in 2~3 cm pieces 3. Spray lemon juice on bananas to prevent discoloration 4. Add corn flakes(sugar type), assorted nuts, and marshmallows on the tart pastry 5. Place the bananas first and then place the marshmallows 6. Paste the melted butter on top of the banana and marshmallows and add caster sugar to them as well 7. Bake for 20~30 minutes in the 180 degrees Celsius oven until the marshmallows become a brownish color 8. When done, cool it 9. After tart has cooled, finish it off with fresh cream, powdered sugar and mint. |
