Funnily enough he wrote the episode of Blade with the Undead who could copy appearances. One episode where communciation was vital and everything got solved quickly.

Kamen Rider Kuuga. A summary.

The balance between "darK' and "miserable" is one constantly lost.

Too many times I see shows like that, that think depressing, violent acts somehow improve it's quality.

That is a big reason why I couldn't stand Kuuga, it felt juvenile. Something that fourteen year old me would probably have dribbled over. I don't need to have the body count rubbed in my face, I don't need the show to purr as it mentions how many of those bodies were women and children, I don't need to know about the reactionary suicides or that this was all a game for the villains.

Sure it's intense, and sure it presents a 'realistic' world but it's also disgustingly gratuitous and the show addresses its miserable side with such glee it feels nothing more than poor taste.

Not yet. I just saw him gain the Goth Sword of Crimson Awesome, and the introduction of Old King.

His movie sucks...I wouldn't recommend it.

Forgettable villains and plot, but the past and present characters meet so it's quite emotive.
It also has one of the weirdest titles ever. :lol

I just started Decade after finally finishing Wizard and... wow. So many questions and NO answers at all.

Though some parts of it aren't that great and there are lots of lingering questions, I kind of have a soft spot for Decade that I cannot even begin to explain. I seem to be one of the few people that don't hate it.

I just started Wizard 8 and Agito 7. Keeping busy with Kamen Rider, that's me. :D

I always called it the Fap Sword. For fairly obvious reasons.

I understand that. It's like we only get the middle of a series. The first 10 and last 10 episodes are lost somewhere and I can understand where it rubs a lot of people the wrong way, especially with some of the interpretations of the AR worlds. I wish I quantify what I enjoy about it.
