If you go on the Tamashii website theres a banner that says 1.15 S.H.Figuarts; apparently it means that there will be a new announcement about SHF.

Im still a relatively new SHF collector so not sure if new announcements are made like this or its just a random banner, but, if it is true the rumors are saying Agito Renewal or Gaim SHF.

hey does anyone remember when the two Ninja Storm two packs come out in the USA?

Goraigers/Thunder Brothers are the 15th this month and Blue/Yellow the 15th of next.

While Agito Ground Form is one of the 4 Figuarts I think need a renewal the most, I just got the original less than a week ago and would rather see Kuuga, Double or OOO next.

OOO and W really need renewals to bring them up to current Figuarts snuff. Those two are my favourites. Maybe when they finally finish all the main Heisei riders...

W and OOO are not that old of figuarts. So I doubt they will get a renewal version for a while. I personally like the OOO and W figuarts even though I do feel like the memories for W could need to be painted.

They kind of are, though. Not ancient, but severely outdated. They redid New Den-O, afterall.

Just found the Wild Force motorbike in my cousin's toys and it goes well with my ryu ranger :D

I hope they redo OOO, Eiji is my favourite Rider but the apparent shittiness of his Figuart put me right off. Right now the only representation of my favourite Rider show is Date.

What's the best way to take your figuarts on the go? I like to take my favorites to my friends house to show off. I would put them back in the box, but I like the poses that I have them in.

Outside of the ankles, there is nothing wrong with the OOO Figuart.

The generally awful QC would beg to differ. Loose hips, ankles that barely work, splotchy gummy yellow paint on the hands, etc. And that's just TaToBa. OOO figuarts up to PuToTyra really have some significant quality issues. Some people got lucky, but very few, and certainly not me :(

I thought the details and the molding on the OOO figuarts looked great. I had it since last May and I'm very happy with it.

I actually got more QC issues with a lot of my Red Sentai SHFs than I did with OOO. The only issue with OOO is batta legs. And that only affects 2 figures.

I do have an issue with my SaGoZo, but I got it used, so idk if it came like that or if the previous owner did something.

I agree they're not that old but Blade and Black really have me wanting Figuarts of that quality of 2 of my favorite Riders.

I mean you can tell the plastic feels a bit rubbery, but I never had any QC issues with mine.

Considering you can find TaToBa on Mandrake for like a 1000 Yen I might just risk it.

Speaking of Mandarake, they had a King Blade on there last night so I ordered him. He was 6000Y though. On one hand, I kind of hope someone already claimed him before I did, but on the other, I MUST HAVE HIM NOW!!!!

I wonder if Putotyra and FangJoker will get re-release as well?

My TaToBa is primarily what I'm referencing. It's absolutely terrible in pretty much every way. It literally cannot stand with out the aid of stage. And the gummy paint on the hand just looks terrible. Not to mention the way the figures ankles are sculpted, on all figures with Bata legs, the ankles are mostly useless.

SaGoZou has some super duper loose hips as well
GataKiriBa is mostly fine
LaToraTa again has crazy loose hips
ShaUTa is more or less fine
TaJaDor has some loose hips again but not nearly as bad as the earlier releases
Super TaToBa, TaMaShii, BuraKaWani, & PuToTyyra are the top of that line of SHF's for quality. All made excellently unlike their predecessors.

When I say TaToBa has bad QC I really mean it. I know some people got lucky and got ones with decent enough paint and joints but mine is an absolute mess. It can barely function as an "action" figure. Anything really needs a renewal it's him.

And as soon as that renewal happens I'm buying him :lol.

TaToBa was the first figuart I ever got (for Christmas even) and he was perfect. Now he's suffering from the hips issue. I love TaToBa, so I won't sell him when I get a renewal, but he's going in the box XD

I only two OOO combos, GataKiriBa and ShaUTa, GKB has the loose as hell ankles but pretty good hips, whereas SUT has nothin wrong with it all. Best joints of the two. Now I just need the rest :lol

My TaToBa is actually fairly good. The legs and ankles are a little loose but only once in a blue moon does he fall over (hell, sometimes he's one of the few left standing when I accidentally bump a shelf). Still, hearing all the problems others have it's clear that a TaToBa renewal is in order.

On the other hand I have fallen off the deep end when it comes to Sentai Figurarts...at first I was determined only to get teams I watched but when I found I could buy Red Buster, Bouken Red, Deka Red, and Red Hawk for $28 bucks each I had to grab them all despite only seeing Go-busters. And now that I have three extra accessories for SH Akibaranger I want to get them as well XP

So I locked in KNight Survive's cape and I'm still not really liking him. THe sculpt is great, the figure itself is great, but he just feels fragile to me. He is the only Figuart that I am scared to touch for I just have this feeling his wings can break with ease.

QFT. So far I have completed Gokaigers, Dekarangers, and (soon) ZyuuRangers and HurricanRangers. Still on the fence on Boukengers and Go-Busters even though I got the Red ranger already. I may get them once I can find good prices on Mandarake since I can't resist putting the whole team together.

It's taking every once of my willpower to not attempt to get the rest of the Gokaigers to go with Blue. Fortunately, the prices I've seen make that pretty easy.

The Zyuurangers are another matter entirely.

I hope the Navy and Crimson Ninja Storm Rangers are actually out this week like Amazon says. I'm getting very tempted by the import versions, but would prefer to hold out and wait. Same goes for the upcoming Blue and Yellow Ninja Storm set.

I'm pretty sure they're made that as to hold up when posed rather than dropping due to weight. The regular knight has much heavier PVC cape parts that droop under their weight.

Like you I would've preferred a more durable plastic but at the same time, it wouldn't stand up well under gravity unless ratchets were implemented. Even so those could be obtrusive to the sculpt.

Agreed. And if they happen to renew OOO and all of his forms, I'll buy all of them. Again. And I wouldn't mind one bit.

In reference to the Kamen Rider Black RX and Acrobatter US distribution story linked on the News feed, I'm f very mixed feelings.

On the one hand, Black RX was the first Kamen Rider series I watched. Following Masked Rider, I tracked down and watched the show Raw when I was in college. As such I am a huge fan of his look and of Acrobatter as well.

But on the other hand, after finally getting my Green and White Rangers, I had sworn off any more expensive, hyper-poseable Japanese toys until and unless an Ultra-Act of Ultraman 80 was released. I had pretty much put the cap on SH Figuarts. This was done primarily for spending reasons.

So, thus my dilemma. I'd love to have Black RX on his bike next to the original Rider on his Cyclone on my SH Figuarts shelf. But I don't know that I can justify spending $80 on them to my wife, or to myself. But man, they look fantastic.

That's exactly why I'm avoiding buying a single Gokaiger at the moment, I know I'm going to want to collect them all then XP Even though they are one of my three favorite Sentai designs and I loved their series, when I look at how much some of them are going, especially the girls, I just can't justify it. I'm just hoping they release the group again especially for SDCC like they did for Super Samurai(Hey, a girl can dream right ^-^)

I can understand that, I'm trying to collect all of the SIC and Project BM! OOO's line after all. But that takes a lot of cash and as a new collector I'm trying to not go overboard and limit what lines I'm collecting so I can focus on catching up on my favorite lines/keep up with new releases.

Yes. As long as they don't have something like Kabuto's price tag, TWE renewal OOO probably wouldn't be too bad given that the only ones that would be any kind of special are TaJaDor and PuToTyra. Though....TWE OOO Combos would be a GREAT opportunity to add in more alt effect parts. Super down for that. Also, if OOO combos are renewed, I'd like to not have 7 Medajaliburs.


Gokaigers: Worth it. The cheap prices you can find for Red/Blue/Green/Silver more than make up for for the girls' high prices. I bought them all around release. Guys ran me $50 each. Girls $90 each. Comes out to $380 for the team. No regrets.

Oh, PBM. That explains it. I'd like to own those too, but since I already own lots of SHF, I'd rather have stuff that scales to each other. The largest figure I own is PAK Green Lantern. Towers over everything, it's crazy. I only have it because green. And Den-O likes to put up occasional impossible to pass up deals.

If I bought any large scale figure, it would probably be GataKiriBa.
