Upon further comparing, I think the blue one may be an "updated" Figuarts Cross-Z Evol. Just going with the color patterns in the frosted plastic how the figure is mostly black while the lower half of the figure has a white line and blue lower part similar to Cross-Z Evol's skirt. With Evolt Black Hole coming out, it would be easy to reuse a lot of the parts from already released Build figuarts to release it now.

But my issue with that guess is that they've already showed off Cross-Z Evol before, why hide it this time?

Hopefully these get released sometime soon, and don't hang around in purgatory like so many figures. I want that Cross-ZBuild so much.
