I'm in Nippon-Yasan hell right now. Neither the SS Den-O nor Ultraman Tregear which have already been released have been shipped, Tregear is marked as discontinued.

Horobi is at least being prepared for shipment right now. The only other order I have with them is Jin, I have wisely ordered everything after at another place. I hope my stuff gets shipped eventually, because getting money back from these guys is impossible and PayPal won’t cover me for stuff I paid back in December 2019.

General advice: Don’t order from Nippon-Yasan. Ever. They aren’t even the cheapest option available anymore, that’s why I left, what’s happening now is just the cherry on top.

Yeah, I still have a War Machine Mark 6 with them that is stuck waiting for SAL to be available again. Luckily it is the last order I have with them. I have found some other good places to order my Web Exclusives from for future releases.

Yeah, Nippon-Yasan isn't anywhere near as reliable as it used to be.

When I ordered Para-DX I specifically chose a shipping option not tied to JP Post, but it still took over a month to actually ship out even after having to contact them twice to ask about my shipping option and being told it would ship on dates it never did. And when it did ship, it only took about 3 days to arrive. And that's not mentioning people who had ordered stuff from long before the pandemic became a thing and still saw no shipping even after contacting them multiple times.

Dunno why their service as a whole went down the toilet, but they went from a great place to order stuff to avoid at all costs if possible real quick.

To be fair, the orders I have with them now were all "Transi-logistic" shipped, because I foolishly thought "Hey that sounds neat, I should test it!". As I was informed earlier his week, this shipping option doesn't exist anymore. They changed my orders to EMS instead and gave me back the change... in store credit. Useless but okay, better than nothing.

Let's see if my stuff actually gets shipped now. SS Den-O and Tregear I could live without honestly, but I'm going for a complete Zero-One collection so I would have to hunt down Falconboy and Scorpionman on the secondary market if this situation goes south.

Also, it kinda sucks that I have accepted I will never get my money back if they don’t ship. PayPal won’t be of much help and NY straight up closes your account if you want your cash back.

I will say, they can be good when they want to be. lol. I had a Mafex Shazam pre-ordered with them and had SAL as the shipping option too but they upgraded it to UPS for me free of charge. So that was nice of them.

What's a better alternative to Nippon Yassan , especially for Web Exclusives ? Anime Export? Tokullectibles ?

My Shooting Wolf is being processed from NY, whatever that means, not much activity from SS Den-O. Granted I ordered these before the outbreak and with the JP shipping
