I have some Power Rangers nostalgia, but only for the first 2.5 seasons or so. MMPR nostalgia helps me enjoy Zyuranger more than I would otherwise, but I don't think Zyuranger is one of the better Super Sentai series I've tried (only watched maybe 6 or 7 episodes of Zyuranger).

I got into Super Sentai because one of my friends got into Gokaiger and insisted I try to watch some. When I finally relented, I ended up watching Shinkenger and Gekiranger in like 3 weeks. Now I'm hooked.

Grew up on DT and SPD when they were the current seasons, so I get a nostalgic kick out of Abaranger and Dekaranger due to the use of the footage/designs(Saw Aba and working through Deka); I also grew up with some Sentai too so it was involved as a part of my childhood.

I'm practically on the same boat myself years ago. Was interested in Super Sentai due to the use of their footage in Power Rangers and that series is a huge thing for me especially during the Mighty Morphin - In Space era. Zyuranger is the very first Sentai series I checked out and currently one of the only Sentai series I watched in its entirety along with Dairanger, and oddly enough, Jetman and that's mostly due to reading about this series on Wikipedia as well as having a very good tribute episode in Gokaiger. Was very well in my way into Liveman (also due to a very well done tribute episode in Gokaiger), Kakuranger, Megaranger, Gingaman and Gokaiger and several other series, despite of not making much headway compared to these five series, though I ended up stopping because of stuff that's going around at the time though in the case of Kakuranger, Megaranger, and Gingaman, I ran out of subbed episodes to watch during that time. It's safe to say that I am now more or less back to watching Super Sentai again and this time I'm also planning to check out some Kamen Rider and even one series of Metal Heroes due to the use of their footage in Masked Rider and VR Troopers and in one or two cases, positive word of mouth. Just found out the other day that Metalder and Kamen Rider Black RX (will watch Kamen Rider Black as well due to the former is actually a sequel series to it) are officially subbed in their entirety along with two standalone KR movies on which some of its footage was also used on Masked Rider which in turn is very good news for me. Maybe none? I thought it would feel redundant to watch a Sentai season and its Power Rangers adaptation.

I first planned on watching Super Sentai when we weren't going to be getting more Power Rangers, watching the seasons that wouldn't be adapted. When I was finally about to start, it was announced that we were getting more Power Rangers, and I cancelled those Sentai viewing plans.

A couple years later, and dissatisfaction with Neo-Saban along with not knowing how long it would take to get to Power Rangers adaptations, I started watching Super Sentai, anyway. I started working my way backwards and, after a little while, jumped to Jetman. That and Liveman were the two seasons that stuck out to me, looking at suits and mecha when I first looked up Super Sentai online, nearly 16 years ago.

I've seen a lot of people saying interest in Zyuranger is what got them started on Sentai. It held the least interest for me. I was going to put it off for even longer, but I've watched it.

After seeing numerous seasons, I feel foolish for thinking it would feel redundant to watch a Power Rangers adaptation and its Sentai source. I find it interesting to learn things I didn't know, but I don't think I feel nostalgic. They feel more compartmentalized than I thought was possible. I saw a Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers DVD set in the store while I was in the middle of Kakuranger, and my first thought was, "Hey, Alien Rangers!"

None really. I personally stop watching PR with Turbo or In Space. I did return with Dino Thunder in 2004, but stop again. In 2012, I started to get into Kamen Rider and Super Sentai when Super Samurai was airing.

None, really. I don't really have much nostalgia for PR series beyond Turbo, In Space, and Time Force. So when I watch a Sentai that I've seen the PR version of, I don't really connect the two and the nostalgia goggles allow me to enjoy it more than I would. I still find Megaranger to be painfully unmemorable and Dekaranger to be just...Average.

When it came to getting into Sentai in the first place, well...Shinkenger was the first I tried, and that was while it was airing, so I didn't have any real nostalgia for it.

I grew up on Power Rangers, but I have surprisingly little nostalgia for it. Because despite being deeply, deeply obsessed with it since it debuted when I was in 3rd grade, part of me always hated the show in equal measure (honestly, I feel like if I didn't hate PR a little bit, I wouldn't have become nearly as obsessed with it-- so much of my obsession is rooted in imagining all the ways it could've been better... if that makes any sense).

As a youngster, I'd fantasize about a parallel world where Power Rangers wasn't just watered down pablum for American toddlers. Being half-Japanese, I always knew that Power Rangers was based on a Japanese show, but it wasn't until I got the internet in 6th grade that I discovered all the nuances of Sentai. And I was stunned to discover that Sentai provided a window into the alternate universe I longed for since Power Rangers debuted. The fantasies were real! The Power Rangers concept, when treated with respect, really could be as satisfying as I always imagined.

And after discovering Sentai, I kinda dropped Power Rangers and never looked back. It's been so long since that happened that I think I probably have more nostalgia for Sentai than PR at this point.

Whe could have another mecha like ginga-bitus ?

Power Rangers nostalgia in no way affects my enjoyment or lack thereof of Sentai. They're separate shows. I love Timeranger, and I love Time Force, but for different reasons.

Well, I don't think carrier mecha are super popular.
Not saying that we can't get more, though. With the cube animals, it would actually be rather easy to design a carrier for Zyuoh.
