Watched Kuuga 40, I really enjoyed them figuring out the Grongi symbol and that Kuuga is related to the Grongi and hinting at the Black Form. I am intrigued to see who that guy dressed in white is. I love that the story keeps progressing through and that it feels like a huge connected story, it's the same about what I liked about Blade.

Kuuga 41 I enjoyed Yusuke saving the people's lives on the boat and the Double Swords Rising Titan form that was totally awesome. The Rising Pegasus form doesn't seem to have a very high defense stat there lol. Great to see Sawatari and Enokida together. Also loved Yusuke's talk with Nana and that she learned to be nonviolent with her problems. I also love Uncle from the restaurant he's funny. I love this series.

Faiz 42 Finally understand why Kusaka hates Smart Brain, and yes I can see why he hates Orphenoch but man he is still a douche to Takumi. The Police Force seems really dark and mysterious intrigued with them too. Takumi and Yuuji are very powerful when motivated and I love how they play off each other. I can't wait to see more with the Keitarou/Osada relationship next episode.

Kamen Rider Gaim episode 1

Oh Kota.

This was a good start, set up some interesting rivalries along with potential future plot revelations.

I like this Invess monster's design, its so dark and gritty compared to the Juiciness of the Gaim designs.

I also liked the end fight of the episode too. one of the things I like about Rider is the combination of combos to finish of monsters in the combat area, not some Super Sentai/Power Rangers green-screen cannon BS. So when Kota used his orange lockseed to do the slash for the Musou saber and the the Daidenmaru Orange Slash, that was really cool.

I haven't seen episode 2 because its not subbed on youtube yet and I don't like torrents.

Kamen Rider Ryuki 13 Riders

This was okay. Going from a potential interesting alternate story to a "What if everyone ganged up on Shinji and Ren?" to decide the ending.

It started to go somewhere when they reintroduced characters from main continuity into this movie with the own "psuedo origin" but then they stop and were like "Well, the other half of the riders either haven't appeared yet or are only in the movie so let's just have them jump in as Riders for no reason."

Oh and fuck this special for For killing Raia out of nowhere. Like I needed that to happen again

Kamen Rider Ryuki episode Final

Holy shit. If Ryuki the series went out with a whimper, then Episode Final goes out with a bang. Miho's relationship with Shinji was amazing and hinted towards a potential of Shinji wanting to not be a Rider anymore just for her. But I'm okay with the ending we got.

Also, cool Agito cameos

Zolda went out like a wimp just like in the series. But Ouja needed his ass kicked by Ryuga for so long. Miho dying randomly didn't make any sense. If she forfeited? i would be okay with that, or even taking the kill shot for Shinji during one of Ryuga's attacks.

Also, props to Shirou going out like a badass, flipping the fuck out and despairing due to Yui dying instead of retconing the entire series. This movie also keeps the "Yui is a useless and terrible character" issue out of the ending a lot more then Ryuki proper, which I do appreciate

So, the end is Shinji and Ren transforming into thier survive forms directly instead of putting their decks into the V-Buckles and drawing the Survive cards? But all of those dragonflies are attacking and our heroes ride off to defeat them.

My interpretation of the ending is that since Shirou was no longer there to regulate the Rider War and since's there's no wish and the fact that Shinji and Ren don't want to kill each other, I presume they go off to be proper superheroes.

May i also mention how fucking amazing this looks in HD. I watched this on my big ass HD TV and oh my god it looks amazing. For 2002, this movie looks clean, crisp and had relatively decent CGI. You can see every detail on each Rider's suit making each one look crisp and beautiful, and the survive forms look even better with that HD shine. ORE journal doesn't look run down like in the show thanks to the HD removing the blurry grime. And Shinji and Miho's eyes twinkling in the sunlight are sexy as fuck in HD. I don't even think Kamen Rider Gaim looks as good as this and that's 11 years later.

If Toei ever does a Ryuki sequel or remake, this movie sets the bar for Visual and story quality that I expect no less from.

Thank god this is the last Ryuki related thing I watched before moving off it completely. I still have Dragon knight but that's for another day.

Kamen Rider W Episode 1

Why have I not watched this before? It's funny, it has some bad ass jazz music, and has a film noir feel to it. Plus it's got Akiko and Phillip. I think I'ma keep watching this show.

I wish I could say the same for one of my friends, as I thought he would like this show for those reasons, but he hated Philip to death. He stopped watching the show after 10 episodes because it just was not for him.

I guess Philip's gag of obsessing over every category isn't for everyone.

Actually, I didn't like Philip at first either (nor Akiko). It takes some time to get used to his babbling, but then again, he changes throughout the series. After all, W has ACTUAL character development. And not the twisted stuff that happened in Kiva.

I watched Faiz 43 and really enjoyed how Keitarou and Mari interacted with Yuka that was really fun and I absolutely loved Keitarou at the end of the episode after learning she was Orphenoch and hugged her. I absolutely love Takumi and Yuuji together as a team I wish they could have fought together more through the series.

Kuuga 42 and 43 I really liked seeing all the characters at the research team together and that they all believe in Yuusuke that he won't go out of control, and 43 was a great episode for Ichijou which was totally awesome.

My internet my be out for a few days so I came up with a contingency plan... watch Faiz episodes I downloaded!

It's a good series so far, one of my favorites. Definitely won't see the beginning coming lol.

Watching W right now, seeing W in the Decade movie got me really interested in W... Hopefully by watching a couple of episodes in it'll make me want to buy the CycloneJoker figuarts sooner.

Faiz 44 was a great episode I loved the interaction between Osada and everyone else, Kaidou and the little kid, Kusaka and Mihara vs Kitazaki, Blaster Faiz again and one of my absolute favorite scenes ever with Takumi and Keitarou. Also is there a Kamen Rider series where a character doesn't die? I'm getting too emotional here!!!

I was going to say Hibiki, but then I remembered what happens in the Inoue episodes. So no, I can't think of any Heisei era series that doesn't have at least a fake-out death.

KRW 07 and I already know what's going to happen in 08. The couch made the post to kill Chizuru so she'd think Daingo'd did it and give up dancing I think I may've watched to much kamen rider.

Faiz 45 was definitely an emotional episode with those scenes from Kiba and Keitarou. I loved the emotional and regret was Takumi as well. Seeing their Father come back was interesting, and great to see both Axel and Blaster forms here too. Interesting where things are going from here but great to see that jackass Police Chief get his. Yuuji is going down a dark path and I don't blame him. It's sad how they represent Delta, I guess it's only as powerful as the user with Mihara. I'm liking Takumi being more confident here too. Well onto Kuuga again as I get close to finishing both series.

Okay, I can do a better review of the episodes now that I'm awake.

Cockroach has got to be the strangest damned Gaia Memory I can think of. And he willingly bought one which says all kind of things about him. Smiliodon was awesome, and Philip was as always. Onward xD

The sad part is, the Cockroach is not the silliest or dumbest memory either.

Yeah, Mihara is pretty much completely useless. Don't worry, you'll probably forget all about him about a week after you finish the series.

Probably, hell even Kageyama as PunchHopper was pretty useless but atleast he was memorable.

Seriously, Faiz was the third Rider show I ever saw and I constantly forget Delta/Mihara ever existed unless someone specifically mentions him. :lol

I kind of mentally blocked out the (very) few not good W episodes. I can't remember which it is.

Cockroach was a weird guy. His place was a mess, and he fucking got the port put on his foot. That guy deserved a beating. It was cool how his wings fluttered in close ups.

It's interesting to see how the Dopants visually evolve over teh course of the show, starting out usually with large, bulky designs and sort of slimming down later, not to spoil much.

Lol well he doesn't do much. He was the wrong choice for Delta who probably should have been Yuji.

Currently watching Kamen Rider W, loving it so far, I'm on episode 18 as of now.

Watched Kuuga 44 and 45 today and man it knows how to turn it up to an 11 at this end phase. Great to see Ichijou get an attack in on a Grongi again, and great to see a real good fight with Kuuga and a Grongi even if Yuusuke got defeated pretty badly. I am really enjoying this series.

I believe I will finish Faiz next and then finish Kuuga.

I like that more people are watching, and liking, W. :D

Faiz 46 was very interesting and Mihara as Delta was pretty useful actually until he got defeated lol. Learning more about the Orphenoch's mystery and the Orphenoch King was pretty useful, some very intriguing things happen, I can't wait for the next episode.

Just finished watching W, and I'm going to start on the W/Double return movies some time soon, don't know what to watch next now. I could finished watching Decade to lazy to finish it last summer, I was also suggested to watch Kiva from Gun on here.

Any other suggestion guys? I've already watched Ryuki, Half of decade, and a bit of Wizard, of course I'm also watching Gaim like everyone else.

Kiva ultimately isn't worth it, the 86 side is solid but 2008 is rather meh.

This. Despite many championing Kiva as something great, it's really not, with poor characters, plot threads that have little purpose in the long run, and a hit or miss array of designs.
And that's Kiva's largest downfall. It's a decent-at-best series constantly behind heralded as amazing, leading to unmet expectations set as you wait for the apparently godlike Saga and waiting to see what makes Ixa so breathtakingly amazing.
The bar is raised so high that even the amazing 1986 portion of the story couldn't possibly reach it.
