It's worth reading (Google translate is rough but does the job) since it features people who worked on Digimon Adventure and both the old and the new digivolving toys. Plus, it has some cool trivia. Like how Wargreymon's initial design came to be and how it lacked the Brave Shield on its back at first.

They also discussed the possibility of 02, Tamers and Frontier stuff in this new line and they are apparently open for anything. So I guess sales decide if it happens or not.

Picture-wise we get a new shot of Gabumon with Agumon and another teaser for Metalgarurumon. Plus some in hand pics, nothing noteworthy there though.

Glorious! I have no idea how they'll make the lance and shield for Dukemon (Or if they'll even include it), but I'll totally support the line if I can get my Tamers characters~

It looks cool, but it only makes me want to have the fully painted one even more :p

They may just make them separate pieces if they want to keep the proportion in check, but who knows, maybe they do find a way to incorporate them.

I'm interested to see where this leads. Mainly if they continue to use the older toys as a base idea (so Armor Eggs for 02 and armor parts on the kids for Frontier) or if they do something new.

I always thought Frontier had a possibility for triple changers seeing how the two main guys have forms which are mixed from their human and beast spirits.

As for the lance and shield while it would be cool to see it some how incorporated in to Guilmon I think it is better off if they were separate pieces. As for the spirit spirit fusion there were three. While the main six spirits had fusion only the Fire, Light, and Darkness spirit fusions actually look like they were made from the human and beast spirits.

Shinken Yellow confirmed for the role of Sora in that Digimon Tri stage play that starts 2017 August in Japan.

I'd absolutely get Beelzemon and Galantmon. Probably Gargomon as well.
