Or, Time Jacker can create Another Decade Ridewatch when Time Jacker placed a blank Ridewatch on Tsukasa Kadoya (probably just copying Tsukasa's power), and Time Jacker will be have Another Decade Ridewatch.

Drive and Decade are only remaining Riders who still didn't have Another Rider counterparts. I pretty sure both Another Drive and Another Decade will be appeared.

If Another Decade is appeared in the show, I think he will be set up as one of main villain in final arc in Zi-O Series.....

Another Decade probably will become final and strongest Another Rider and I think he can transform into other Another Riders freely without using other Another Rider Ridewatches. Also I think Another Decade can freely travel to other A.R. Worlds and other timeline just like Tsukasa.

I think Toei are trying to make all of Another Riders.

"Some Bulls**t happens" is actually pretty likely in this show. I could definitely see Another Decade being an endgame enemy.

I don't think they need to know the origin of Decade's power though. They don't even have the use the Watches on the correct year apparently.

It was stated early on that the reason they worked with Tsukasa, rather than just making Another Decade is because they can't make Another Decade if they don't know the origin of his powers.

Another Ryuki appears in the Rider Time: Ryuki spin-off.

Technically it's not a spinoff as it's canon

I was referring specifically to the Another Watches thing -- I know we got Another Ryuki, which is why I'm suggesting that could be part of the next set since it wasn't in the most recent one.

I just thought of this recently regarding why mostly the Phase 1 riders kept their powers, but the Phase 2 riders didn't. I think it mostly ties to the fact that the Phase 1 riders didn't get Movie wars/Heisei Generation type films where the previous rider from the then current one has one last dance before their send off, while that was a thing in the Phase 2 era. I think the P1 tribute episodes kind of act like the proper send off.
