While I understand using something like character themes, what's the purpose of a intro?

It makes you feel like your idea is something good enough for someone to watch.

I'm thinking of making it a story at some point, i already have a first chapter thought up. The reason for it having an opening theme is because i always imagine my stories having a opening and ending theme. Digimon Crusaders has them.

Good-nah I'm just kidding.

I've put up to 446 onto Digimon crusaders next chapter. This is the fastest i've worked on this as it's taken me only 30 minutes to do this as oposed to two days like i usual do.

I'm sitting here trying to figure out what villain would be best for Harmoranger, all i can figure out is that the first three villains of the day they fight are Diamond dogs but i can't think of the main villain and generals.

I'm also trying to figure out how to handle it in general, make it 50 "episodes" long like a traditional sentai?

It's a story. Why are you trying to follow television conventions?
Sentai are only 48-50 episodes long so that they can air for an entire year. No other reason beyond that.

You don't need to follow that standard since you can tell the story, start to finish, in the manner that you feel would be best.

I like putting my stories on that sort of limit. I like to make stuff feel some bit legit.

Also it's a good thing this is just a story because the only Megazord i can picture in my mind is Twilight's, it being a Dragon mech representing Spike, with another zord combination that adds a shield and Shining armor.
