The voting does note that these are the 50 most popular requests they've gotten over the years, and true enough; these are very popular designs that I'm sure had requests made before the possibility of Blade or Faiz seihous looked likely. Heck, even then; there's no guarantee they'd do movie riders and until Decade Complete and Kiva Emperor very recently got revealed there was also absolutely no guarantee they'd do Final Forms any time soon. So I get it.
