I make my own, nothing fancy, I just crop and scale images to fit and touch up the colours. If you want something like that, you can do that with the most basic of tools already on your PC.
If you want some kind of flashy, effects laden masterpiece, then you're gonna need to find someone skilled on Photoshop. |
