The Shogun mode? The newer Red Shogun out now has a removable helmet. The one I saw had brown paint, from the hair, smeared all over the tray it was in.

Still, the idea of having mini helmets is almost worth the purchase and then sell off the figure or whatever.

They seem to of glued that Shogun crest piece on, though you could probably just rip it off. I want it, just to display it with Cyclone Joker :lol.

Apperently the blue ranger was seen at the toy fair as a repainted shogun ranger. Your idea isnt that far off.
