Yes! New Garo! Even with the long-rumored wholly new cast I am unbelievably pumped for this.

I wouldn't say he completely ruined the show, but I really did hate him and his annoying man-childness (especially since the same character has now popped up with an even worse fashion sense in Wizard). I'm interested to see what the actor can pull off, though, since there's no way in hell his character on Garo will be similar.

So excited for the new series, interesting that none of the old cast is returning though. Maybe they'll show up for a cameo later though?

Keita Amemiya said awhile ago that he felt the original cast had "graduated" after Makai Senki and that any new project set in the Garo world would feature a new cast.

Honestly, Kouga's story is done, there is no more reason to have him in the show again.

I just hope it is better than Makai.

Wonder if they're gonna focus on one of the lower-level Makai Knights. Granted, that would run counter to the title, but it'd be neat.

Makai wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anywhere near as good as the first season. See my post in the movie topic for my full reasons why I did not like it.
