You NEED to answer my messages. This mess has gone on long enough. I want a refund. My items were not as described.

After expressing interest in his sales thread in the AM hours before I went to work I received multiple PM's from him telling me that I needed to pay immediately or my items were going to be sold to other buyers. So even though I was at work and shouldn't have, I got online and paid. 2 days passed and I received no further messages from him. I contacted him regarding my items shipping and he said they had but that his wife was the one who mailed them out and he couldn't tell which tracking number was which.

2 days later I PM again to get tracking, to see if he had sorted the numbers out. When I don't get a response after several hours I posted in his sales thread. The response I got was a very HATEFUl and RUDE message telling me that I was impatient and rude for posting in his thread and that I should have waited another 24 hours. He also told me (not asked me) to take the post in that thread down. Mind you it had been 5 DAYS since I paid this person and I had no tracking information to show for it. He tells me my item went out priority and I should have it by the end of the week. For anyone who actually knows how the postal system works this was utter BS. Priority mail has a 2-3 day delivery time and DOES NOT take upwards of 2 weeks to arrive.

2 weeks pass and I have nothing, I message Wizard multiple times asking for a refund to which I get no response at all. When I FINALLY get a response he tells me my package was never mailed because his wife didn't write the full address on my box so it just sat at the post office for 2 freaking weeks. So he finally actually mails it out to me and gives me a tracking number. He also tellls me that if I have a problem to contact him and we can work out a refund. At last! 3 weeks after paying for these items my package arrives.

I open it only to discover that the figures I purchased must have come from a chain smoker because both of my supposedly "like new" figures smell horrible! They are absolutely drenched in smoke odors. I immediately messageed Wizard about my problem. He specifically told me that if there was a problem we could work out a refund. I have received NO replys whatsoever from him. I have posted in his sales thread, on his user page, and sent him countless PMs.

So to sum it up I was first insulted for being impatient, lied to about my items being shipped, forgotten about when I asked for tracking, and now I have been completely ignored for over 2 weeks since receiving these figures when I requested a refund. I have volunteered to eat the shipping charges to send them back to him even! A MONTH AND A HALF of this stupid mess has transpired and I have nothing but disgusting second hand figures to show for it. I am majorly displeased. I cannot, have not, and will not ever recommend Wizard or his sales to anyone. Ever.

He is a terrible seller with zero people skills, no communication, and a tendancy to misrepresent his items for sale. Thanks for nothing. Stay away form this person whether he's a buyer or a seller.
