My parents don't care because I'm an adult and it's my money & time. Rest of the family? No idea, don't associate with them.

Mother- Disinterested (but thinks I've stopped watching).
Father- Disinterested.
Sibling 1- Agrees that Power Rangers Samurai sucks (but lacks the background knowledge to fully understand my description of it).
Sibling 2- Disagrees with the fact that Power Rangers Samurai sucks.
Metaphorical Sibling- "Of course you got the idea from a Japanese children's TV show!"

Mum and Dad - Supportive as long as I don't overspend. Says this is far better than drinking and excessive partying.

Sister - Makes fun of me and uses gay jokes. However, even she admitted to liking Shinkenger a lot.

Aunt - Absolutely loved Shinkenger and has rewatched it more than I. Quite liked Fourze too. Makes fun of Samurai.

Dad: You want another one?
Mom: Do something for me first.
Sister: Like what you like.
Brother: LIKE SOMETHING FROM AMERICA GOD DAMN IT!

My parents are generally supportive since they know I don't overspend (my dad likes comics and such in general anyway, and my mum teases me just by saying "you've bought ANOTHER red one" :lol). My brother is a big American toku fan so is usually quite interested (trying to get him into the original stuff slowly) and my girlfriend is completely supportive of it as well as she's a big anime fan.

Picking and choosing :lol I only really get 1 or 2 "big" toys (e.g. a Figuart) a month and don't really spend much money on anything else (I don't drink so save a lot of money when I go out) so I usually have the funds to get what I really want.

They know about it. They don't really care.

My dad is fully supportive, even though he's more of a kaiju guy (especially Gamera and Godzilla), but he watched power rangers and everything with me and my brothers when we were younger
