Emblem mode is just plain cool though. When I first saw the Shishi origami in origami mode for the Dx I was amazed. The Power Rangers releases just seem gimped. "Oh but instead we give you bike limbs!".

The origami are relevant in the show and the DX is in scale to humans in origami and animal modes! That's bad assery right there.

Actually, isn't it often speculated that the Mega Modes were from the scrapped line that would have existed if Power Rangers didn't continue, just so Bandai could have something on shelves? I don't quite remember the deal, but it was something like that, last I heard.
