I hate to correct you Kickback, but the Phantom Ranger was a Super Sentai character, albeit a one-shot character named VRV Master in Gekisou Sentai Carranger. But, he did have more screentime in Power Rangers, so I guess he counts.

Anyway, I just wanna see the Titanium Ranger again. I actually liked the design, along with the V-shaped visor on his helmet.

Well, VRV Master did not appear in Gokaiger, if I am remembering correctly. So the question is still valid, since it would have to be American footage of Phantom Ranger if he did show up. :D

I totally forgot A-Squad. But they were villains. It would be like if our heroes turned in to the Psycho Rangers.

After going through the unfinished storylines thread and now this one: I'd most like to see Phantom Ranger. Also dissapointed Ninjor wasn't on the list. Aside from the voice he was one of the best parts of that season.

Yes but with Ninjor being in Gokaiger footage, one would assume Ninjor would probably be used in an American adaption. The question marks are those listed above, as well as Auric the Conqueror. Even the Blue Senturion was in Gokaiger ... but no love for VRV Master/Phantom Ranger or Auric the Conqueror.

I've decided that Saban should really utilize the whole 6th Ranger thing more-so (it's always been more popular stateside anyways). I want to see more Zeo Gold Ranger, more original Green Ranger, and more original White Ranger. Those were the first three, the big three, and should totally be favored with tons of new footage.

I still say the Galleon should've been four zords combined into one large ship. So let's make that happen.
