i guess it depends on the scale and context. like if its just there to look cool and serve as a plot device like Ws big truck, which didnt really do much, or Autovajin who had a guy in its suit sure its fine with me. as soon as you go making a dinosaur looking crane that throws pills at monsters you start asking yourself what and why the eff youre watching.

powerdizer falls into a grey area though. cinematically hes treated like the birth suit in OOO with constant pilot shots, but its just too big for a suit actor. considering the campiness of the show hes in and the mecha trope he represents i guess hes ok with me.
