Very nostalgic images for me. I grew up with PRLSR, Ultraman Tiga, and Godzilla. Thanks for posting these.

I can just imagine the thoughts of a Japanese kid in 1999 after seeing this magazine.

"Oh my gosh!! Kamen Rider is coming back next year! I can't wait! Wow, Godzilla, Ultraman, and a Super Sentai crossover???!!! All this and that new Pokemon game Gold and Silver are going to blow my mind."

It's actually no mystery if one is aware of the movie Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey which would get significant promotion around that time similar to Kamen Rider Kuuga.

Ah. Didn't know it was after Tiga ended...
