Ryusei-Oh. Thing turns into a dragon, and is a quick and agile mecha. He could run circles around both Shinken-Oh and Shogun. And if needed, he can turn into a dragon, go into the sky, and rain down firey death.

ShinkenOh. Not only can it (theoretically) perform a Dragon Kick, but it's composed of a bear, a turtle, a lion, a tail-less monkey, and the aforementioned dragon. Also, ShinkenOh's a samurai. I like samurai. I don't like (Super) Samurai, but I do like samurai.

Muteki Shogun can't do anything, though. It just stands there and uses its finisher. If something can avoid or survive that it's out of options.

Muteki Shogun is special in that it fights most of it's battles uncombined. The individual zords are capable of fighting on a Megazord level alone, only needing to form the Megazord for the finisher. While ShinkenOh is made of 5 zords, those zords don't fight on a Megazord level and ShinkenOh rarely fights uncombined. ShinkenOh and Ryuuseioh are now out numbered 5 to 2. I will say this, if ShinkenOh has access to it's SamuraiHaOh form, the battle would be even more spectacular and I'm not sure which one would win. However, this match sets ShinkenOh as it's highest form. It's no match for Muteki Shogun.

PS I've over thought this but that's because it's a good match up. Well, ShinkenOh vs Muteki Shogun is a good match up.
