The eternal jobber of Ryuki as web exclusive. Expected and fitting. Though part of me wishes that he was mass retail so I could mock Gai as being web exclusive.

Who said "they" won't get to Femme? Bandai's done a good job of continuing to go through the Figuarts Ryuki line and made enough event appearances that I don't see Femme not coming out. A preorder will probably go up this year, and I could see it happening before the Alternatives too.
