I think so. I remember, again, from the HOPR Wild Force/Forever Red, that it was the fact that he had a good job and all, doubled with his less than pleasant time there, that made him hesitant to return.

Yes, he only did Lost Galaxy to fund his law school education and wasn't really interested in coming back from the LSR and he left the set during production over a salary dispute (Saban have always been cheap-asses) and so the majority of Leo's voice acting during the second part had to be done by someone mimicking his voice. Leo only returned to Forever Red as a favour to a producer and all scenes with him were filmed post-production because he was initially not expected to be back. It's pretty amazing that he's back, actually, he was probably the person I least expected to return.

Although I won't let it effect my enjoyment of the show, the more I learn of the behind the scenes the more it seems to be turning into some real horror story.
