Seriously though. Digimon Tamers (Season 03) had many more adult themes then just Angels. Angels, Demons, what happened to Juri towards the end after she lost Leomon. Whatever Alice and Dobermon were. (Seriously)

I think it was because of what you all said. It's the 25th year, and they want to celebrate with a show that brings it all back. Still miffs me though. Not because I hate Gokagier, I just love Goseiger.

In fairness, a Goseiger adaptation wouldn't necessarily need to include the angel aspect. From what I saw of the show it was never a very visually strong motif (especially compared to Gokaiger's pirate aesthetic) and Power Rangers has drastically altered Sentai stuff in the past.

I relay like the suits and zords in gokiger but after the 20th I would love to see it coming over to the us for a PR reboot. If they do anthing other than gokiger for next year the fandom will kill zachor. myself included.

Gokaiger is the best idea for 2013. You can market "20th Anniversary!" shit like crazy (can you imagine a whole subline of stuff titled "Power Rangers Anniversary" or something?) which could include some more SH Figuarts releases stateside, and hey, getting Gokaiger mecha at US prices (and US quality I know) would be a Godsend for some of us.

Sticking to Goseiger would be the same as saying "Hey, I'm not going to buy these silly Transformers Prime First Edition figures, not when the rest of it is coming out later in the year!" ... because know some FE Voyagers can run up to $200 a pop.

I've had a day or two to think about this: And they made the right decision. It's the 20th and it goes back through all the shows of the last 20 years. And it's a thank you to the fans too. I just really love Goseiger, and that clouded me. A little.

What bugs me is that they would have plenty of time to do a Goseiger adaptation, but chose to drag Samurai out. Though considering my interest in modern Power Rangers is non-existant, I don't really care too much. That being said, I'd like to see them dance around the Goseiger suits existing. After all, they were used for Gokai Change quite a bit.
