Two powerful choices here. Kat as Zeo Ranger 1 was pretty damn powerful. But so was Mia with her Symbol Power and swordsmanship.

Her anime style terrible cooking aside, I am going with Mia this round. Those Samurai powers are tough to counter and grant her a ton of versatility.
