Yes! And the Secondary Rider can be a rotating cast of women. Since the life expectacy of a woman in James Bond films is around three minutes of screen time, and the life expectacy of female Riders is around seven. We'd need a new one every five minutes.

I found the 2chan thread about this(http://cgi.2chan.net/g/res/894436.htm), looked at the post mentioning the copyright notice and copy-pasted the kanji of the name (ガイム) into google and got lots of results of armored robots(mostly gundam) and a chain of gyms. Also a Dutch physicist.
