He could buy the AMAS Gokai Silver figure and hack the skirt armor off of it for this. That thing is dirt cheap these days.

It won't have the shoulder mounted beam cannon, but I think the overall design matches up with H-Arms C to not be too much a daunting task for myself.

Okay, just got back from Silver Snail with these two bad boys. The Nataku Gundam and Sandrock Custom from the Gundam Wing series.
