If they don't pull off gokiger next year I will be a very angry fanboy.

I think adapting and combining Gokaiger and Goseiger as one series would be an interesting little experiment.

It could definitely be done with the right writers, and would be better than just dropping the team altogether.

It would fit into the whole pirate aspect. Being forced off earth, forced to find new powers.

Or having the pirates as a sort of "renegade" team, and the Goseigers a brainwashed/misguided Zangyack guard of sorts (the aesthetics do blend together quite nicely) that eventually come over to the right side.
