A musical doesn't seem fitting for Torin, Black, or Green. Their characters are a little too stoic for that.

Torin will be brilliant though I can't argue Green and Black.

Considering Ian sang his own battle theme and is a singer in real life, I'd say he fits. I see Souji as being the "sane man who wonders why everybody is singing." :lol

I personally don't think that's going to be a unique factor, since, by the end of the series, all of the main 6 will have sang their character song.

Characters sing their own songs quite often. Doesn't mean they have even an ounce of talent for it. Just look at Gekiranger. I love the show, but the songs the actors sang were just terrible. ON the flip side all the epic cover songs in Akbaranger Season 2 are sung by the cast and awesome.

The quality of a song isn't remotely dependent on the aptitude of the singer, I believe.
