You know, it makes me laugh that people keep talking about "extras". Bandai's made a high-cost, limited to 1000 piece item that's going to draw every fanboy(and quite a few fangirls, and more than a few scalpers) out of the woodwork. There's going to be more than 100,000 people there over the course of the weekend, all clawing for something that less than 1% of them will be able to get their hands on. If Bandai isn't limiting it to 1 per customer, I will be shocked, because they know, they KNOW this isn't going to last the whole show.

yes it will. They are only selling so many each day so that they don't sell out on day one. Common for exclusives like this.

None of Bandai's offerings, or Bluefin's, are popping up on Top 10 lists for "general toy forums". Everyone wants Marvel, Doctor Who, Hasbro, and Mattel. Sadly I feel the only scalpers will be the ones that already exist in this fandom.

I personally will not scalp or sell any SDCC exclusives. They are for my own collection or for give-always for this site.

It's really cool, but there is no way I'll be able to get this or feel worth paying scalper prices for it. I'll just have to wait and see if there is a regular release, if not.. oh well. It's mighty cool though.

Odds are Forbidden Planet will be getting her any way, at which point I will order the hell out of her.
