So, did these get a mass release?

Ok, this is bugging me. Is it Gipsy or Gypsy? The figure's packaging says 'Gipsy Danger' but everyone and everywhere else spells it Gypsy Danger. WTH?

I guess it is Gipsy, I think alot of us (myself included) just assumed it was Gypsy. But all the film material says Gipsy so it's safe to say that's correct.

This is going to be hard to resist for me. I read the prologue comic last weekend, and am set up for the movie on Saturday, so I have completely swallowed the hook on Pacific Rim at this point.

Where'd you read it? I want to read the comic, but won't be able to buy it before friday.

Which is dumb, because isn't the real word Gypsy? Or are there two spellings?

Maybe one spelling is Politically Correct while the other isn't?

For that matter, why are the robots called "Gypsy/Gipsy" anyway? What do the Romani people have to do with any of this? Is the movie going to have a stereotypical Gypsy Fortuneteller going to predict the film's main conflict or something?
