Those hips ARE fantastic.

So are those upcoming effect sets.

All I can say is right now I'm SO glad I didn't cave and buy Kabuto when he was reissued a few months ago.

Bit sucky for anyone who did though.

New Kabuto looks fantastic~ They fixed the main problem with the original, which was the thinner limbs. I'll definitely be picking up any updates they do to previous figures.

Yay they are making utopia. He was one of the only things i liked from W. Ill have to get him when hes released.

New Kabuto mold? Bought.
Utopia with joints? Bought.
Possible Hibiki and Kiva? Bought.

Seeing as how I just got Kabuto a month ago, I'm a little bit mad. However, I'll let Bandai decide on whether or not I get him based on if they are going to release the rest of the Kabuto riders in the new style. I haven't bought anyone else from Kabuto, so if they do 2.0 versions of them, then I'll buy them all including Kabuto. If they don't, I'll stick with the Kabuto I have now.

Anyway, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they are planning to redo all of the Heisei riders in new molds since they are pretty much done with everyone. The only way to make more money is to sell us the same riders again.

Do W-Fourze really need new bodies though? Fourze is pretty good as he is.

OOO could definitely benefit from the new mold.

I want a rerelease of OOO stuff just so I have the chance to buy it, the few OOO Figuarts I find are either ridiculously marked up in price or of forms/characters that only the most diehard fans care about.

That is a part of the reason I was so pleased Black got a rerelease, I didn't think his original mold was all that bad but good luck trying to find that one for a decent price! The rerelease gets me a chance to get a "rare" figure and "cheaply". Just a shame I missed the Hopper pre order window...
