For me, personally, I'm adding a one ranger per series rule.
With that rule in place, my ultimate Ranger team would be:

Red Ranger: Wes, Time Force Red
Blue Ranger: TJ, In Space Blue
Yellow Ranger: Taylor, Wild Force Yellow
Green/Black Ranger: Zack, MMPR Black
Pink Ranger: Kendrix, Lost Galaxy Pink
6th Ranger: Doggy, SPD Shadow

Why the 1 per series rule? Because without it, my team was originally:
Red: Wes
Blue: TJ
Yellow: Katie
Grack: Bridge
Pink: Jen
6th: Eric

Red:Casey.Amazing growth potential.Went from rookie to master through the series.Potential to grow even more.
Blue:Noah.The intelligence,if not more so,of Billy,with better fighting skills and power.
Yellow:Taylor.Tough.Capable of being a leader if needed.
Pink:Mia.Nice,kind,and caring.Can hold the team together.That being said,also has samurai training and sigil power.
Grack:Xander.Unknown amount of power.Comedy relief,but when it's time to fight he's more then capable of holding his own.
Silver:Kruger.Battle tested.Commands respect without asking for it and has years of leadership experience.
