I'm sorry to go off on a massive tangent here, but no. Super Sentai did not influence coloured daleks whatsoever. Any comparisons drawn is simply from fans.

Well, Joker did poses similar to Kamen Rider Black, and his civilian name Shotaro Hidari is similar to Kotaro Minami. Shotaro's actor, Renn Kiriyamma, even said he was a fan of Black, so you can mention that

I'd definitely talk about Tachibana Tobei, the one consistent cast member from the original series through Stronger. The Great Leader probably deserves some mention, too. Maybe something about Riderman's influence on secondary Riders to come or some discussion of Tackle.

Basically, don't just skip most of the Showa era and focus solely on the Heisei.

I'm not going to just skip the Showa era, but I only have 55 minutes and there is a lot to cover. That is why I am mostly using clips from Decade that at least show you every Rider, but I'm also going to show the original scene when Shocker turns Takeshi into a cyborg, and then a clip of his battle with the Spider Man. I've got a clip of the battle with Shadow Moon from episode 47, the church battle with the bat monster from Kuuga, the opening to Decade, the scene of all of the riders from the Decade movie walking across the battleground, I'll probably show something from W just to mention the new universe and Foundation X. Any additional footage will depend on if I have time or now, but I am going to make a mention about how the newer rider series' costumes resemble that of a Metal Fighter series as opposed to the showa costumes. I wished there was some type of high quality roll call video though that shows every Rider to date calling out their name like someone did with every Sentai through Gobuster using the Gokaiger ending theme for the music.

There's a crowd chanting/calling out the names to each Rider (Well, V3 to ZX, before swapping to a random announcer for the Heisei Riders) in Let's Go Kamen Riders...
