If I remember correctly, Gosei Wonder was in the show closer to its end.

Yes I was. And I prevented a high-speed bullet train from crashing on a broken bridge.

But this isn't different from the usual formula. Goseiger had Gosei Wonder appear in the late 30's, Gokaiger didn't use their movie combo Goran Gokai Oh again until the final episode of the series, Go-Busters used Fs0O Frog in the late 30's as well. This is incredibly common to see the movie mecha appear like that.

The DVD release date is December 6th, so we'll probably see it this year. If the subbers get to do it soon enough, that is.
