The disc fits easily into the device. And it is bigger than I thought as well.

Is it the size of a regular DX Rider belt, Decadriver or so? The belt piece works just like a Rider belt. It's a pretty nice American made belt for 23$, and the 6 sounds it has in it. Would of been nice to have one for the face opening.

That actually looks rather fun. Bandai of America has been doing a great job making their own DX role-playing toys, from the Mega Blade to this. I hope they keep it up in the future.
