Either way these are great figures and Entertainment Earth has more than a fair price on them. Buying domestically from them should work out better than ordering them internationally and paying shipping honestly. I'd actually highly recommend this figure. Of the troop builder figures I own, it's easily the most versatile and fun.

Now that I have him, I'm more than content with him. Still want to troop build, but until I can find and afford the multipacks, this is a great starting point.
