I'ma have to agree with the consensus of Kuuga and Kabuto beating Decade. Outside of them, I think W in either FangJoker or Xtreme form could possibly pull a victory. As for Ryuki, I'd have to say it would probably either have to be Knight, Odin, or Ouja.

Hmm...not sure about Ouja. He's probably one of the best pure fighters but I don't think he has the power to match Decade. I still believe the absolute best part out of both Decade and Tsukasa himself is his versatility and Ouja's pretty one-note as a fighter. Of course, in a melee fight, not too many riders can take on Asakura I believe, with his combination of brutality and the melee weapons he has at his disposal but you'll need more than that to really match Decade.

I can't say for Knight either but I don't feel he has a counter for Kabuto IF Decade decides to turn into him.

And Odin was designed to be OP, so I still say that odds are in his favor. It really depends on if Odin can teleport faster than Kabuto can clock-up but even then Odin has insane power, including Time Vent, not to mention I'm pretty sure he has a survive card for himself.

I mostly say Ouja on the ground that if he's going into the battle with Genocider, he could pretty much suck Decade into a black hole, never to be seen again. But as an actual fighter, he's definitely not one to doubt.

I don't think he does. He never used one in the show, or in the specials. He could have in the SIC story for all I know though, I haven't gotten to that yet.

He's not a fighter. He's just sadistic. He would want to draw out the battle.

Final Attack Ride Gaim: Decade turns Gaim into a giant Orange and proceeds to become an Orange version of Suika Arms.

I believe he does. I think there's three Survive cards total. The ones that Shinji and Ren have are two wings, and Odin has the card with the Phoenix head in the middle. Thing is, he never really had to use it because he was already stupidly OP compared to the other Ryuki riders anyway.

Huh, guess I was wrong. So he does in fact have one, but I still don't recall him ever using it. Regardless, that plus Odin as a whole would probably have him going completely and utterly ape shit on Decade.

Yeah he never used it at any point but it's there in the off-chance that someone DOES match him power-level wise.

So, everyone's summary is that most Riders can beat Decade without Violent Emotion.

Eh not necessarily. The only ones I see with a definite chance, if not an outright curbstomp, would be Kabuto and Odin. Possibly W solely for the combat knowledge that Philip provides and the versatility W has. I haven't watched Kuuga so I don't know what Godai's power level is truly like but I hear ridiculousness like him being capable of destroying planets with a rider kick so he probably has to be up there.
