We're all thinking the exact same thing. Pretty perfect for an anniversary series when you get down to it.

Will we have a Black Black Ranger and an Asian Yellow Ranger? A girly-girl Pink Ranger and a brainy Blue Ranger? The suspense is mounting.

Not really. The description is pretty much the plot of Goseiger minus all the angel stuff. It'll probably depart more radically once we know the finer details though.

Random musing here though... since it's still an anniversary series, what are the odds/what's the feasibility they'd pull something like making Gokaiger part of the same series, but UPGRADED forms for the main cast so they can make the back half all bringing back past teams to guest star?

I'm not hyperfamiliar with the Sentai side of things, but given they reshot the big battle, isn't it possible?

I would almost think (as ZeoRangerV and I speculated previously) that the two series will be meshed together. I think the Goseigers could work for the Zangyack as knights of the empire and Goseknight is their leader. And they hunt down the rogue pirates. Now it looks like the reverse :lol If they wind up meshing the two the Gokaigers may start out evil or even be upgrades to the Goseigers at some point.

sigh *pinches bridge of nose* I don't want to be one of the fans who talks about "The good old days...and how things used to be better".....but seriously. Gosei...War Star. are they even trying to make PR anymore or the just refilming the Sentai. I long for the days of In Space or Lost galaxy again....or heck, even RPM.....

Okay, gloating over. Let me try and be objective here.. which'll be hard, so.

I adore Goseiger. Then if you ever read any of my posts, you'd know that already. And I am happy like you cannot believe that Gosei might be the next series. But I also feel for you fans of Gokaiger. I know how I'd feel if Gosei wasn't being made, I'd feel lousy. But at the same time I think Goseiger can work. The story looks solid, and I already know I'll love the toys.

As for the footage they reshot for an american Gokaiger. Guys, just because the next season might be Gosei doesn't mean Gokai isn't coming. They could do a Samurai to Super Samurai thing. First year is Gosei, and then they upgrade to Gokai. You never know.

I'm just happy I might get to see a series I, and other people on the site, love getting made into an MMPR series here. And happy Kickback now owes me a Gosei Knight :D (I know I said no gloating, buuuuut I'm still idiotically happy so)
