But...these are the Super Megaforce producers. I doubt they could get the resurrection of Zordon right. It would probably happen and then Gosei would say there's a simple explanation for it before being cut off.

Or maybe he became Argus instead of Robo Knight. :lol

Maybe over time enough of his energy remained to be gathered into another pod. Or, like was said earlier, it could be an earlier version of him because the emergency was that great.

Maybe a version of him that existed with Earth's Dinosaurs similar to Torin in Kyoryuger.
