Hmm......

Given how some of these are silly, I'm thinking this:

Cherry Lancer:
Car Type: Cherry Picker
Car Description: A hot pink 1940s truck cherry picker put in like the mixer that looks utterly ridiculous!
Tire Description: Pink with a yellow line running through it
Ability: Gives Drive a lance resembling the lift arm of the cherry picker.
