Narutaki is an Imagin and Decade (the series) is just a hallucination to make Tsukasa think he's a Kamen Rider (because that's his wish). The wish is never completed because Tsukasa loses his memories of the wish and therefore Narutaki damns Decade and Decade has no actual story.


PS I started writing that as a joke, but now I think it's become my actual head canon for Decade. It works surprisingly well. :lol
