I am just concerned that they are going to change the scale again; heck they changed the scale midway through megaforce. They can and probably will change the scale again.

I'd like to see more Super Legends myself that could go along with the Figuarts given the odds of us getting more Figuarts based on Super Sentai made into Power Ranger shows is probably very slim.
|
Didn't realize that SL fit in with Figuarts! One thing I hate about the SL and SMF 5.5" White Ranger figures alike is the fact that Saba is not extended. More like a Tiger Dagger than Saber.
If the SMF figures were SL style I probably would've bought most of them. |
I don't care what their budget is. Bring the Japanese toys back.

I doubt they'll go back to the Jungle Fury body style - that was the best mold they've ever done. However, we have so many figures in the current body style, I just want them to continue onward.

The current 5" line of rangers is just so pathetically underwhelming I'm still shocked at the large collections most people have of them. I can't see myself wasting the money on them for what they are. I bought Titanium Ranger because I buy most all things Titanium Ranger, but was devastatingly disappointed in the generic sculpt, lack of proper accessories, and pretty sad paint job. Super Legends and the accompanying 5" lines they were inserted into were the peak of Ranger figs in my opinion. |
I think I'm an outlier in all of this. I'd actually prefer to see more 4-inch figures, either at the same or lower price point. At the same price point, I'd hope for more paint apps and possibly parts for articulation, and at a lower price point I'd be able to live with poor articulation and fewer paint apps. As it is, bigger is not better. With scale or muscles.

Btw guys I looked up previous Super Legends figures and was shocked there is no MMPR Armored Red Ranger let alone unarmored. About the only things I would change with SL would be to add bicep swivels and a waist joint. For Power Ranger figures they're up there as some of the best IMO. |
