My Jet Icarus box does not have the chogokin logo on it.

Some other examples of Chogokin branding include the entire SIC line, the Souchaku Henshin series, pretty much all the old sentai figures (non robots), the Itassha Robot, and old Doraemon toys. The only die cast Bandai toys I can think of without the Chogokin branding are the Metal Build/Composite figures Gundam SDX line, and the Saint Seiya Myth Cloth stuff. If you want to go even further with just the the Gokin label, you can include Max Gokin and Brave Gokin lines, or pretty much any line with the word Gokin in it. If it's made by Bandai and has metal, it's probably a Chogokin.

If it doesn't have that logo it's almost guaranteed not to be an official Bandai of Japan product. I'm sorry but it's just the most likely thing, especially if you aren't willing to share pictures of the actual box.

It has the logo but I don't see a chogokin logo. Usually chogokins use the Latin alphabet. Mine looks exactly like the pic above. I don't even see chogokin on that either. DX does not equal chogokin.

I think you're still misunderstanding what chogokin is. The pic I linked clearly says DX Chogokin in japanese characters. The SOCs say Soul of Chogokin and with the japanese characters underneath. Other than SOC/SRC, everything else uses the DX Chogokin branding.
