if you're referring to the Black Drive with Purple highlights that's Proto-Drive (which could count as a rider form for chase I guess), if you're referring to the Purple outline that's probably chases rider form again like 90% sure.

Thats Proto-Drive. The Prototype for the Kamen Rider Drive system.

I know the black one next to the shift car is Proto, but is the purple one below the shift car Proto as well? It looks quite a bit different.

Yup thats the months. The Kanji next to the number is the Kanji for Month.

So Formula in March, Kamen Rider Chaser in April and Type Tridoron in June.

Formula looks pretty good. I was almost certain that the Shift Car for the final form would have the ability for other Shift Cars to attach to it to unlock the prefixes like Super Massive Monster and Type Get Wild. I wonder how those will come into play.
