Hey, remember KBToys? Whenever I couldn't go to a Toys R Us, I always dragged my parents to a KBToys.

And then we kids begged for minutes on end for a toy.

Of course, all my local KBToys converted to Toys R Us/Toys R Us Expresses

Born in 1992, so I still remember quite a bit of the 90s :D Prepare for Suzu's 90s masterpost :P

Friday and Saturday evenings were much more interesting. After going to the horse ranch with my best friend from elementary school on most weekends, we stayed at her place and watched TV with her family. German late night comedy was a big thing back then.

Sadly, I don't have any photos here, but aside from extremely colorful jackets and tracksuits with crazy patterns, I used to wear overalls a lot. As a toddler, I had a lilac/pinkish one with a lion on the chest and when I was older, I had an orange one under which I used to wear a green shirt.

Heeeey Macarena! We also listened to Michael Jackson a lot. Others... Spice Girls and Tic Tac Toe. It was the time where girlbands where popular. And Blümchen. Dear god. Blümchen!

At this time in 1999, I was eagerly waiting to finally be old enough to go to school. My first day of school was August 2nd 1999 and August 3rd the same year was my 7th birthday.

Then there were shows like Ronin Warriors, Zoids Chaotic Century, Gundam Wing, and the original D.I.C Sailor Moon dub.

I do. The one in the Columbia Mall in Maryland used to be there forever until 2008. I remember going there and getting all of the cool toys and video games.

It sucked because it never had what I wanted. I still went anyway :p

I think the only 90's cartoons that I remember hating as a kid was Dragon Tails, Sonic Underground, C Bear and Jamal and Captain Planet. Was Sheep in the Big City also 90's because I hated that show when it was on CN. I would change the channel or turn off the TV when it was on. The show was unfunny and painful to sit through.
